Florentine Welcomes the Season at Cielo
Featured by Vogue España as one of Marbella’s best restaurants, Cielo by Florentine is now open for the season, bringing golden hour drinks, rooftop dining, and open-sky evenings back to Marbella. From March 27, guests can enjoy the familiar menu from a new perspective, with sweeping views, sunset light, and a schedule that marks the start of rooftop season.

There is a particular kind of evening that only happens in Marbella, when the light turns amber, the air holds just enough warmth, and everything slows down in the best possible way. Now, Cielo is open and ready to make the most of that moment from above.
Located on the rooftop at Forum Marbella, Cielo welcomes guests to a setting made for sunset drinks, long lunches, relaxed dinners, and nights that unfold at their own pace. The menu remains exactly as guests know it, while the view brings an entirely new perspective.
With open skies, golden light, and Marbella stretching out below, Cielo offers an atmosphere that feels both elevated and effortless. It is the kind of place designed for lingering, whether for a casual afternoon cocktail, an early evening aperitif, or a dinner that turns into a late night.
Now open, Cielo invites guests for a rooftop dining experience at Forum. Every weekend, it will be open from Friday to Saturday, from 1 pm to 1 am. From 29 May, Cielo will open daily from the evening through to 1 am.
Rooftop season has officially begun.
