Forum: The commercial hub redefining Marbella retail
The golden mile of Spain’s upscale resort town of Marbella has a new attraction. This summer, a three-storey space called Forum gradually opened its doors as a commercial hub with cafés, delicatessens, restaurants, shops and a gym. For Norwegian-born and Marbella-based siblings Sander and Synne Brendmoe of the family-owned company Antima Group, this project is about providing a year-round meeting point for locals as well as visitors.

Marbella’s Golden Mile has a new destination reshaping the city’s retail and lifestyle scene: Forum Marbella.
Developed by Norwegian siblings Sander and Synne Brendmoe of the Antima Group, this three storey hub brings together cafés, restaurants, boutiques and wellness spaces in one place, creating a lively meeting point for both locals and visitors. The concept mixes local Andalusian businesses with Scandinavian influences, reflecting Marbella’s growing international community.
Designed around an open courtyard and connected by bright terraces and staircases, Forum encourages visitors to spend time there whether for morning coffee, shopping, a fitness class or evening drinks. The founders also plan to host workshops, live music and cultural events, turning the space into a year round social hub rather than just a shopping centre.
As Marbella continues to evolve from a seasonal holiday destination into a place where people live and work throughout the year, projects like Forum are helping redefine the city’s lifestyle and retail culture.
